Feby Joseph has been implementing Lean practices in various Operations and Supply chain capacities for more than 20 years, but it was at ThermoFisher Scientific that his passion for true business Lean Transformation was born. He was instrumental in developing the company-wide Problem-Solving Process, and was inspired to create a new, comprehensive business system at Roper Technologies and transformed the business from ground up with Lean as well as People side of Lean practices. This gave him an opportunity to experience, learn and manage the biggest Amazon Operations in Houston and to solve process improvement projects for earths most customer centric company.

Today he is well equipped with all the methods with which businesses all over the world can transform for the better, and for the long term. Nail, Scale and Transform is his motto.
