Nimit is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience specializing in operations and business turnaround. His expertise lies in developing cost-effective supply chain solutions tailored for the Aerospace and Oil and Gas industries. Nimit’s career journey includes an 11-year stint from 2011 to 2020, where he played a pivotal role as an operational leader within instrumentation companies such as Schlumberger and Roper Technologies. During this period, his primary focus was on enhancing both operational and financial metrics, showcasing his ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance improvements. Prior to this, Nimit spent five years from 2006 to 2011 at St. Mobile Aerospace, where he led the manufacturing division responsible for the conversion of Boeing 757 passenger planes to freighters. His involvement spanned from project conceptualization and engineering design to design for manufacturing, global supply chain management, and manufacturing execution. Additionally, Nimit boasts over two decades of experience in strategic sourcing, covering a wide range of high-precision and specialized products procured from low-cost regions, North America, and Europe. His extensive track record also includes more than 20 years of proven success in revitalizing businesses by implementing lean practices, Six Sigma methodologies, strategy deployment, and other continuous improvement tools.
